With over 30 years in the industry, I have gained profound expertise in change, remuneration and reward, communications, technology, talent, diversity, and health and safety. I have led or been involved within businesses or as a consultant on multiple projects utilising my experiences. Whilst my area of specialisation is within the human resources area, I have had the opportunity to lead and drive change in technology (IT/Digital), property and administration, and strategic partnering. |

As a consultant, I offer a range of services, broadly based on the concept of being a 'Chief Talent Officer as a Service.' I have partnered with some of the leading organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
I offer support across three areas, including acquiring capability through great people strategies and delivery, activating change in organisations, and attracting and retaining talent through rewarding excellence. I have also undertaken interim or fixed-term assignments, such as being the Head of Business Operations at Safe365 and the Advisor to the Board of Foundation North.
I bring to all the work I do broad-based executive experiences with a deep understanding of strategic HR, technology, and health and safety. I have worked in many sectors and industries and with all business models, which means I can support start-ups to enterprises and both listed and private companies.

In this area, I have developed HR/People strategies and delivery plans, undertaken culture design and change work, helped people think about their employee value proposition and worked on diversity and inclusion and health and safety initiatives.
- Activate change. In this work, I have helped develop new operating models, redesign executive and senior management structures. In addition, I have managed organisational change driven by new technologies, market realities (e.g., cost out exercises), or a shift in strategy.
- Attracting and retaining talent through rewarding excellence. I have helped organisations develop total reward and remuneration strategies and new frameworks and design and implement incentive plans (short, long-term and sales) and reward and recognition schemes.
