My latest projects (June-August 2021) include: -
- Executive Team Development. Working with Suzi McAlpine (https://suzimcalpine.com/), we have teamed up to provide team development and executive leadership support for a large agri-business.
- Remuneration & Rewards. I am working with a real estate/property business to review their remuneration strategy and system. This will result in a new model to ensure they are paying market remuneration, providing relevant benefits, and driving their employee value proposition
- “Talent as a Service”. I am working with several start-ups and “Not for Profits” with support for:-
- finding talent,
- drafting policies,
- redesigning organisations,
- implement simple performance management systems, and with
- providing general HR advice.
- HR Due Diligence. I have been supporting an M&A transaction by undertaking an HR Due Diligence project.
- Business Strategy Support: I support organisations in developing their business and people strategies, facilitating strategy sessions, and guiding prioritisation.
- HR Review. I have just completed a full review of an HR team looking at:-
- The overall design,
- The work effort (costs/time),
- Team accountabilities,
- Technology and
- Capability
